DEAD LIFT MACHINE
An excellent tool for learning and training the right dead lift technique. It is an important innovation, as it allows the dead lift without the anterior constraint of the bar, It improves the pushing phase and reduces the problem of early traction with the lumbar area.
The forward rotation of the machine allows greater involvement of the posterior chain and of the hip extensors, avoiding compression overloads.
The counter movement of the footplate allows the ankles to remain in dorsal flexion, thus avoiding problems of trunk flexion.
